1. Returns Eligibility
You may return items within 30 days of delivery provided:
✓ Items are unused and in original condition
✓ Original packaging is intact
✓ All tags and labels are attached
✗ Personalized/custom items cannot be returned
2. How to Return
Simple 3-step process:

- Complete the online returns form
- Print your prepaid returns label (UK only)
3. Refund Processing
- Refunds issued to original payment method
- Allow 5-7 working days after we receive your return
- Original shipping costs non-refundable
- £2.95 return fee deducted for non-faulty items
4. International Returns
- Customer responsible for return postage
- Must include completed customs form
- Recommend using tracked/insured service
- Refund excludes original shipping costs
5. Faulty Items
For damaged/defective products:
- Report within 14 days of delivery
- Include photos of the issue
- We cover return shipping costs
- Replacement or full refund offered
6. Exchange Service
- Size/color exchanges subject to stock
- No additional shipping fees for UK exchanges
- Processed within 2 working days of return
